So Gordon and Donal went up to Borrisokane, Co. Tipperary to install our Draught Stout at The Green Bar.
We’re especially pleased, because when The Green Bar were looking for a craft beer, our name came up a number of times .
Including from the builder who refurbished the bar
As a famous author once put it, “compliments pass when the quality meet”
And the Green Bar offers both excellent brunch & lunch through the @greenfaircafes and hosts live music sessions

We are so excited for the arrival of 2 brand new fermentation vessels to the brewhouse!
These new FVs have a 10,000 litre capacity each, bringing our tank farm total capacity to 3,075hL between 25 FVs and 7 BBTs. We are proud that our brewhouse and our entire tank farm are 100% Irish manufactured stainless steel.
The journey for these new tanks started on Friday in Cork and they arrived bright and early this morning! The whole brewery was buzzing with excitement.
