Beer of the Week. Hopfully with Bradleys Leeside NEIPA. Delightful blend of juicy flavours

Beer of the Week

Hopfully with Bradleys Leeside NEIPA 6.5% ABV, 440 ml can Bradleys

delightful blend of juicy flavours

Bradleys and the small Waterford brewery Hopfully have pulled together to give us this “delightful blend of juicy flavours”. Hopfully, who recently

moved in to the brewery previously operated by Metalman, are “brewing mostly modern session beers”. At 6.5% ABV though, this can hardly be classed as session.

The North Main Street’s Bradleys (founded 1850) hardly need an introduction and this is the latest in a series of collaborations that has seen quite a few gems. Michael Creedon of Bradleys introduces their Leeside New England IPA: “It is brewed and dry-hopped with Strata and Galaxy hops. This offering boasts a delightful blend of juicy, fruity flavours, creating a velvety effortlessly drinkable beer. Expect refreshing notes of stone fruits and citrus.”

It is indeed one smooth customer (perhaps the oats have input here) and is packed with those juicy flavours; you are never in doubt but you have a superb beer in your glass. Easy drinking, refreshing and Very Highly Recommended.

Hopfully aim to combine the art of brewing with visual art. “Hopfully wears its creativity proudly, producing innovative beers in collaboration with local talents and artists who design our beer labels. The result is a canvas label style for visual expression, complementing our commitment to fostering art and creativity nationwide."
