Raise a glass of Champagne Lanson at Donnybrook Fair

Legendary Grand Marque Champagne Lanson visits The Restaurant @ Donnybrook Fair onWednesday 25th May at 7.45pm for a sparkling evening of fine Champagne and exquisite food in association with Tindal Wine Merchants. Tickets for this event are fantastic value at a mouth-watering €60 per person or €100 per couple.

Lanson’s Champagne Ambassador, Enguerrand Baijot, will guide 
guests through a range of the finest cuvées including the Noble Cuvée Blanc de Blancs 1998, Gold Label Brut Vintage 1999 and Rose Label Brut Rosé. DF’s Head Chef, Ben Anderson, has designed a decadent four-course menu to work in perfect harmony with each of these superb Champagnes.

Lanson is one of Champagne’s oldest houses and is currently celebrating 250 years of producing unique and magical wines. Its house style is defined by the clean, pure and fresh nature of its wines which age with exceptional grace and elegance. This event is a rare opportunity to experience some of the world’s most-acclaimed Champagnes and to raise a celebratory glass to mark Lanson’s 250th birthday!

About Enguerrand Baijot
Enguerrand has worked in a commercial and ambassadorial role with Lanson since his family acquired Lanson-BCC group in 2005. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience of the Champagne trade. Over the past number of years Enguerrand has taken time out of his travels to work closely with Lanson’s chief winemaker of 39 years, Jean-Paul Gandon to collaborate in the blending process. This summer Enguerrand will relocate to New York to embark on a new role as Lanson’s Brand Director.
