These chefs have become a core part of the team at the Market Lane Group as a result of the excellent recruitment programme that the group has had with CETT (Campus de Turisme, Hoteleria i Gastronomia) University in Barcelona since 2017.
This event will stay true to the ethos of previous Chef Sessions; where chefs of varying experience come together and under the guidance of Executive Chef, Stephen Kehoe, and are encouraged to experiment with dishes, cooking methods and ingredients that would not normally feature in any of the restaurants within the group (Orso, Market Lane, Elbow Lane and Castle Café). After weeks of intensive tastings, these chefs will present an 8-course tasting menu with drinks matched to each course by the group’s wine and spirits experts.
Due to demand, this Chef Sessions has moved to the larger venue of Blackrock Castle Cafe. Tickets are €75.00 and can be purchased via www.castlecafe.ie
