DINE IN CORK WEEK

Issacs-regular participants

DINE IN CORK WEEK
Always look forward to Dine in Cork Week. Why not, with four courses for €25.00?

The participating restaurants make a genuine effort to give value for money. Take Fenns Quay, for example, who have five choices of starter, mains and dessert. And others, such as ECO in Douglas, have as much choice, if not more
.

Just been going through the early menus at Dine in Cork and dishes that caught my eye as I flicked quickly through were the Cantonese Roast Duck at The Mint, Fillet of Hake and Asparagus in Liberty Grill, the Tomato and Jam Chilli Chicken Salad starter at Isaacs, the bodice and cabbage starter (recently praised by Tom Doorley) at Electric, the Tandoori Roasted Chicken at Rising Tide, Greene’s Classic Coq au Vin, El Vino’s Beech Smoked Salmon and Castletownbere Crab starter and the Angus Rib Eye Steak at the Boardwalk.

And I didn't even look at the desserts! Well, just got a peep now at Star Anise’s inviting menu and that New York Baked Orange and Chocolate Cheescake could well be a sweet winner.

Looks like a tough week ahead! Reckon I’ll be seeing some of you out and about. You’ll have a headstart on me as I have a big wedding to attend on Friday!
