MARMALADE. If I can make it, anyone can!

EASY MARMALADE  

Last week, on a whim, bought some Seville Oranges at
Superfruit in the English Market and picked up the marmalade recipe that was alongside. Brought them home and followed the instructions and a few days later ended up with a big stock of tasty marmalade, over six pounds of it at a cost of less than four euro for the lot!

Must admit that I had some impatient supervision in the kitchen and that the setting point didn't reveal itself exactly as indicated (the pot went on the heat a few times before it began to set). That though was about the only problem. If I can make it, then anyone can.
